Enter Key is Default Submit Button

It would be great if users could able to submit a form by pressing the “Enter” key. Enabling this will certainly make user happy since submitting forms become easier.

Registration Form for UX Analysis

Of course we must not forget about using “CAPCHA” for protecting website. However enabling “Enter” shortcut key for any login form (or a short form in general) will be beneficial. Insert your login id (automatically get highlighted as the first text field of the form) and password (tabindex feature is on) and then press the “Enter” key. No need for mouse; only a few typing from the keyboard will be required. Simple!

Forcing them for targeting the right form field and clicking on the submit button every time may not be a good idea from good user experience design.
