Limit for Search Query Terms

Okay. I find it quite astonishing that nowadays, Google limits search queries to 32 words (earlier the number of query terms was 10)..

Google Search Query String Length

Precisely, I’m getting this message from Google on SERP..

“example” (and any subsequent words) was ignored because we limit queries to 32 words.

You can try it yourself by copying and search long sentences from anywhere to Google. Anyways, I suppose, nobody is really need that many words to search anything!

Note: Yahoo/Bing does not have as such any limitations over length.. since not receiving any message (I’ve tried with 100+, 200+, and 300+ number of words as search query).
